Wedding Day Costs
There are two ways of getting married at Brympton, chose between the 'House' or the 'Orangery'. With both options you can choose between a civil ceremony in the beautiful 1350 Dower House or a religious ceremony in the Parish Church of St Andrew's (if you qualify and by arrangement with the vicar). Orangery Weddings then move on to our delightful 1710 Orangery for a drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening party. House Weddings enjoy a drinks reception either on the glorious South Terrace or in the Great Hall, with a wedding breakfast served in the ballroom and an evening reception in the Orangery. All house weddings include complimentary use of the Bridal Suite.
Unlike most other venues Brympton does not charge a venue hire fee with the menus and drinks as 'add ons' on but an all inclusive Wedding Day Guest Package. The charge is per guest and includes:
- Two reception drinks
- Nibbles with the drinks
- 3 course banquet
- Coffee and truffles
- Light evening buffet
- Half a bottle of wine
- Glass of sparkly to toast the Bride and Groom

Pricing Notes
- The High Season runs from April to December and the Low Season from January to March.
- Reductions on the pp charge are possible if you opt for a buffet style wedding breakfast (Orangery only).
- Any Sunday falling on a bank holiday weekend is charged at the Saturday rate.
- Any Monday that is a bank holiday is charged at the Sunday rate.
- The accommodation rate includes a full English cooked breakfast served in the Star Chamber.
- Each Wedding Day Guest Package includes all Silver Band options throughout the food and drink menus - upgrades to Gold and Platinum are available for a supplement.
- VAT at the standard rate will be added to the per person charge for any elements that are vat rated.
- Where the House or Orangery are hired on a venue only basis a service charge may be added depending on the food/drink package specified.
- A minimum number requirement operates in both the House and the Orangery. For any House Wedding the min. number of guests is 80 and for Orangery Weddings the min.number of guests is 50.
