Every wedding at Brympton House is relaxed, as informal as you want it to be and fun.
We have two wedding day options - a wedding centred on the Orangery and a wedding centred on the House.
House Weddings can take place on any day of the week and use all of the facilities that both Brympton House and the Orangery have to offer including the South Terrace or the Great Hall for the drinks reception, the Ballroom for the wedding breakfast and the Orangery for the evening party. The beautiful, self contained bridal suite is also included in any House Wedding.
Orangery Weddings can take place on any day from Monday to Thursday and use either the Stables Bar or The Grooms Courtyard for the drinks reception with a buffet or sit down wedding breakfast within the Orangery itself. It is possible - for a supplement - to add in the use of either the South Terrace or Great Hall for the drinks reception and the lovely bridal suite .
With both options couples can choose between a Civil Ceremony in the beautiful 1350 Dower House or a Religious Wedding Ceremony in the Parish Church of St Andrew's - which nestles close to the main house - and which is available to any couple who qualifies and by arrangement with the vicar.
We are also able to offer wedding guest accommodation within the house itself. We have 14 beautiful bedrooms available for guest use, all of which are calm and comfortable with a look that has been described by one satisfied customer as French country ! Brympton House is a wonderful place to hold your wedding at any time of the year and is particularly good value during the winter season (that is during January, February or March) when the venue hire rate is discounted by 50%!
